DIWA events may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending a DIWA event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant DIWA Media Holdings, LLC, its partners, and its sponsors the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media now known or later developed. This includes, without limitation, DIWA's publications, website, social media, newsletters, marketing and promotional materials, advertising, press, and sponsorship materials.

You understand that you will not receive compensation for this use, that you waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials, and that all photographs, video, and recordings are the property of DIWA Media Holdings, LLC. You release DIWA Media Holdings, LLC, its organizers, partners, sponsors, photographers, and volunteers from any claims arising from the use of these materials, including claims of invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a member of our team know when you check in, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If you're bringing a guest under 18, you consent to these terms on their behalf as their parent or guardian.
