DIWA ("DIWA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through diwamag.co, our newsletter, our shop, and our events, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• With service providers who help us run DIWA, such as our website host, email platform, ticketing and payment processors, and analytics tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• With event partners, only when needed. For example, we may share a guest list with a venue for check-in, or with an illustrator to schedule portraits.
• When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DIWA, our community, or others.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Donations made through the Alzheimer's Association's fundraising pages are subject to the Alzheimer's Association's own privacy policy.

• Email: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages about purchases or events you've registered for.
• Cookies: You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, though some site features may not work as intended.
• Your information: You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hoy@diwamag.co. We'll respond within [30] days.
Story Submissions
When you share your story with DIWA, we'll contact you before publishing it. Once a story is published, it may be shared publicly and archived. If you'd like a published story updated or removed, contact us and we'll do our best to honor your request.
Data Retention and Security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Our website may link to other sites, such as ticketing platforms, sponsors, and the Alzheimer's Association. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
